Movies I Think Are Inside The Matrix Universe

It stands to reason that thousand of stories could hatch from the Universe of The Matrix films. And I hypothesize that those thousands of stories are many other movies we know and love.

	Taxi Driver (1976)
Some unique people caught inside the Matrix feel something's wrong with their world but cannot understand why. Travis was one such person. His feeling of exile came from his subconscious realization of the Matirx.
	Pulp Fiction (1994)
Who'll ever know what was in the suitcase, but if the events of PF were inside the Matrix it opens new possibilities. And no, Marsellus was not a program, but I think that Maynard and Zed were, originally designed to collect data in human sexually.
	Reservoir Dogs (Widescreen) (1992)
And if PF takes place in the Matrix Universe so must the entire QT-universe. Dusk, Romance, Four Rooms and even Sonny Chiba's Hanzo TV series which is connected to Kill Bill.
	The Arrival (1996)
Like Neo, Sheen's character was an intelligent recluse with potential to become a powerful nuisance to the Matrix. So the Machines devised an elaborate business with aliens to preoccupy him from the Truth.
	C.H.U.D. (1984)
C.H.U.D. were really just programs refusing to assimilate to the Matrix, turned virus that infected human pods turning them into Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers.
	In the Mouth of Madness (1994)
Taking over the Matrix much like Smith would centuries later Sutter Crane was a rouge agent program, in a version of the Matrix long before Neo's time. The Machines were eventually able to handle him. John Trent was just pod-born caught in the crossfire.
	Run Lola Run (1998)
The first two outcomes were tragic, but luckily for Lola, the Architect just happened to perform two colossal deja vu resets of the Matrix(for unrelated reasons) at that very time. The result leaves Lola and Manni in good shape, and with a pile of cash!
	As Good as It Gets (1997)
Billions of people live normal lives inside the Matrix everyday. For some reason I just think this is one of them.
	Hardball (2001)
Because it's a funny f***ing thought!!!
	The Evil Dead (1983)			Not Rated
Like the "haunted house" from the Animatrix chapter Beyond, Ash and team stumbled not into a cabin but a corrupted segment of the Matrix. The reading of the Book of the Dead was in turn the /run command for a series of malicious programs.
	A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001)
Unlike other's on this list I don't believe this story takes place in the Matrix but before it. David and Teddy easily fit into the future of Earth but before the Second Renaissance which resulted in Man's enslavement.
	Minority Report (2002)
Same as above, but at a time far, far sooner than the Second Renaissance. Long before man even created the robots of A.I. which become the machines of the Matrix.
	Armitage III Poly-Matrix: An Animated Motion Picture (1994)			Not Rated
Also set around the time of the Second Renaissance. When Man began to destroy the machines driving them to their 01 City, Armitage and Ross probably experienced terrible persecution for their relationship.
	Scanners (1981)
Set in present day, long, long before the events of The Matrix. The Scanner gene would continue for centuries into the future where pod-born such as Oracle's children and The One would posses it.
	Johnny Mnemonic (1995)
The movie gave me this idea. I once lied to a friend and told him Johnny Mnemonic was a prequel to The Matrix, and I had him believing me for hours. Truthfully I've never seen this movie, and that's a record I'm proud to keep.
