Description: Sick cinema for the truly brave... These are films that scarred me more than they scared me.

Tromeo & Juliet (1996)
12345678910
Troma enters the modern age of nastyness on film!
Terror Firmer (1999)
12345678910
10 times the vomit-inducing (and then turning around to eat that very same vomit) fun of T&J
The Toxic Avenger IV - Citizen Toxie (2000)
12345678910
Not Rated
Not quite as sickening as Terror Firmer, but there's something very unsettling about licking peanut butter off of 400+ lbs Joe Fleishaker's feet...
Bloodsucking Freaks (1975)
12345678910
Okay, so the effects aren't the MOST realistic, but to think that somebody actually thought up this stuff!!!
Spike & Mike's Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation (1997)
12345678910
Not Rated
I love Spike and Mike. For all the right reasons.
Ichi the Killer (2001)
12345678910
Not Rated
Anyone need an extra pair of nipples? CG can be distracting, but still a worthy gorefest.
Visitor Q (2001)
12345678910
Not Rated
  Just... so... wrong...
Audition (1999)
12345678910
Not Rated
Thanks to Frag4 for this recommendation, which according to him is "disturb[ing]... beyond repair."
Guinea Pig: Mermaid in a Manhole / He Never Dies (2004)
12345678910
Not Rated
After I actually see the Guinea Pig flicks, I'll comment on them. Suffice it to say that I'm squirming already, having just read about them.
Guinea Pig: Flower of Flesh & Blood/Making of Guinea Pig (2002)
12345678910
Not Rated
Had to turn it off after 20 minutes. Party due to boredom, but also partly due to the nonsensical gore.
Tell Me Something (2000)
12345678910
The "juicy bits" are not as frequent as some of the others mentioned here, but the realism in sometimes a little too much for me. I don't know what the Korean laws are regarding humane treatment of corpses, and that frightens me.
Dead Alive (1992)
12345678910
Not Rated
The first time I saw this I had to stop about a half-hour into it. I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. Now it just makes me laugh my ass off. The unrated version is the only way to go! Uber-gore!
Hellraiser (1987)
12345678910
Made the list more for it's psychological effects than for it's gore. Clive Barker stuff always creeps me out.
Man Bites Dog (Criterion Collection) (1991)
12345678910
Not Rated
Starts out shockingly violent... and then keeps going.
Pink Flamingos (1973)
12345678910
An honest to goodness dog turd. No other explaination necessary.
Baise Moi (2000)
12345678910
carlykristen had to avert her eyes and ears during some of the more painful parts of this one... which is saying a LOT!
The Gore Gore Girls (1972)
12345678910
Not Rated
again, carlykristen reminds us that sometimes the grindhouse genre lives up to it's name!
Nekromantik (1988)
12345678910
Not Rated
Classic... thanks again to carlykristen for reminding me!
Red to Kill (1994)
12345678910
Raging Red Retard Rapist. Not PC, but the alliteration is irresistable! The scene after the rape is more disturbing than the rape itself. Regardless, this is 100x better than I am Sam.
The Doom Generation (1995)
12345678910
The overall tone was very dark, and as it got closer to the end, the queasyness within began to grow stronger and stronger!
