Probably the most over the top action movie ever. The universe it exists in is like no other- no laws and no morals. I counted about 75 deaths total... how about you?

Not everyone will appreciate this... but the people who do will laugh their asses off.
	2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)
This movie is just insanely ridiculous, from the unreal ending to Paul Walker and Tyrese's rejection of women in favor of their "friendship."
	The Substitute (1996)
Tom Berenger doesn't take guff from punk kids.
	The Substitute 2: School's Out (1998)
Nor does Treat Williams.
	Hard Target (1993)
There's a couple moments in here that you'll rewind, asking yourself- "they didn't just do that, did they?"
	Pitch Black (Director's Cut) (2000)
Riddick is possibly one of the hardest characters ever. If you like anti-heroes, you'll love this.

Mel's insane rampage at the end makes this movie great.
	Death Wish 2 (1982)
The best Death Wish movie besides 3. What happens to Bronson's daughter in the movie is one of the most amusing deaths you'll ever see.
	Out for Justice (1991)
Seagal breaking arms is always fun.

Not exactly an action movie... but it is over the top like few others.
	Cobra (1986)
Utterly ridiculous. The villains have no real motives, and there really isn't much of a plot... and that's why it belongs on this list.
	The Punisher (2004)
It starts slow, but it builds to a nice, outrageous climax.
