I Know the Line, but Not the Movie

Description: I always find it interesting when quotes become such a part of pop culture that random people can repeat them without having ever seen the movie. Here's some famous lines you've probably heard, but perhaps never knew what they were from.

Sunset Boulevard (1950)

Not Rated
"I'm ready for my close-up now, Mr. DeMille."
Apocalypse Now (1979)
12345678910
"I love the smell of napalm in the morning. It smells like victory."
Taxi Driver (1976)
12345678910
"Are you talking to me? Are you talking to me?" Say it out loud in a tough guy New York accent and you'll get it.
Aliens (1986)
12345678910
"They're coming out of the goddamn walls!" "Nuke 'em from orbit. It's the only way to be sure." "Game over, man, game over!" Ok, maybe only I quote this movie, but boy, those lines cover a lot of situations.
To Have and Have Not (1944)
12345678910
Not Rated
"You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow."
2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)
12345678910
"I'm completely operational, and all my circuits are functioning perfectly." "I'm afraid I can't do that, Dave."
Network (1976)
12345678910
"I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore!"
Field of Dreams (1989)
12345678910
"If you build it, they will come."
Soylent Green (1973)
12345678910
The line actually gives away the twist ending, so if you don't already know it, you'll have to watch the movie to figure it out.
Citizen Kane (1941)
12345678910
"Rosebud" But really, you already knew that.
The Graduate (1967)
12345678910
"Mrs. Robinson, are you trying to seduce me?" Coo-coo-katchoo, Mrs. Robinson.
It's a Wonderful Life (1946)
12345678910
Not Rated
"Every time a bell rings, an angel gets its wings."
Rocky (1976)
12345678910
"AAAAADRIENNE!!!" It works best if you don't enunciate.
The Godfather (1972)
12345678910
"I'll make him an offer he can't refuse." Ironically, spoken by Michael, though everyone likes to say it in their Brando voice.
Casablanca (Special Edition) (1942)
12345678910
What's not quotable about this movie? Besides all the looking at you kid and instructing a certain pianist to play "it," one of my other favorites is "I'm shocked, shocked!"
