Interesting piece of Polish Cinema. Good movie with a quick pace that shows a glimpse of the chaos and change that took place in post war Poland.

A not to serious move from East Germany set in grey Berlin. For added fun, try to spot the actors who were secret police informers in their real lives...

No explanation needed as to why this shows up here.

Nice piece of Soviet Film. Great looking actress.

Interesting for it's glimpse into the mechanizations of Hungarian Socialism, this film lacks plot and sympathetic characters. Far to many minutes spent staring into sad faces...

A french Blazing Saddles set in 1970's Paris. Sharp, witty criticism of America's cowboy mentality that is just as relevant today as it was in 1974.

A good film even if it is an example of the trite "good vs the Evil Empire" fare that Hollywood loves to produce. Catherine Deneuve is great in her small but important role.
