I like this one the best of the first three movies. There's an adorable baby InuYasha and the Great Dog Demon (InuYasha's and Sesshomaru's father) is really hot.
Inu Yasha The Movie 4 - Fire on the Mystic Island (2006)

This film came out after the series ended. Perhaps the folks involved in the series were responsible for this one since the animation style is similar. Sesshomaru shows off a good trick with his Tokijin (Dragon Strike), proving once again that he is the coolest.
