One of the best documentaries out there. Haunting, disturbing and definitely something every American should see, if only for the education it brings about corporations and their relationship to everyone's lives.
	The Future of Food (2004)
Another amazing documentary. Watch it alongside The Corporation; not only do the two converge but, combined, will give you nightmares to rival the best science-fiction novels.
	Iron Jawed Angels (2004)			Not Rated
One of the ultimate feminist movies, and more importantly, a re-enactment of the women's suffrage movement. It also stars Anjelica Huston and Hilary Swank.
	Girlfight (2000)
Michelle Rodriguez, a female boxer, a wee bit of romance.
	Dangerous Beauty (1998)
Besides being a movie every feminist should see (and it's not about feminism), this story has a truly great romance, if only for the lack of judgment on part of the guy. That's love.
	Stage Beauty (2004)
A little weird (what with the crossdressing guy), but worth watching through. Billy Crudup put on an amazing performance.
	Lila Says (2004)
Sexy and romantic.
	Red Shoe Diaries (1992)
Billy Wirth. Gorgeous soundtrack (Zalman King always pulls through). Very sexy movie.
	Crazy/Beautiful (2001)
Rich girl/poor guy. For the younger viewers, but unlike the same plot in other movies, this actually has a bit of depth.
	Solomon & Gaenor (1999)
Tragic story about a Jew and Gentile Welshwoman. But a rather incredible romance.
	Swept From the Sea (1997)
Friend sent me the VCD of this movie, and after several weeks, I succumbed. I cried my heart out by the end, but it was worth it.
	The Man Who Cried (2000)
The romance here was more background than foreground, and not always communicated by words. Very intense. [Johnny Depp!]
	Like Water for Chocolate (1993)
Very popular foreign romance, and though the main character's passivity annoyed me, it was true to history. And the laughs between personal tragedies were welcome relief.
	The Notebook (2004)
Total bit of fluff, and even if some didn't like it, I found it extremely enjoyable romance.
	The 10th Kingdom (Disc 1 of 3) (2000)			Not Rated
antic tones build. But you'll have to watch the entire six-hour series for the full effect.
	Mirrormask (2005)
Another rendition of Neil Gaiman's work. Some of the best visuals in a movie from last year, a great story, wonderful lines and an ending that won't leave you wanting.
	Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003)
Quirky, great lines, Jonny Depp and Geoffrey Rush. Need I say more?
	Dogma (1999)
Ha! It's great!
	Return of the Living Dead (1985)
Greatest zombie film ever. It's funny and has special effects that hold up to today's standards. They're remaking it, but don't let that fool you. RotLD is fine in it's '85 version.

This was just a sexy and fun movie. And broody, mustn't forget that!
	Underworld: Evolution (2006)
The sequel! And sexier than the first! It also continues the standard set down in the first for a really good "alternative rock" soundtrack, which includes a song from Puscifer (a band created by Tool/A Perfect Circle's frontman).
	Signs (2002)
I don't care what people say, this movie was creepy. I was watching Nightmare on Elmstreet before grade school, and this movie made me jump...at home, DURING THE DAY.
	The Prophecy II (1998)
C'mon...It's Walken! This movie is classic (as well as the first one). This one is, perhaps, better because of the sexy scene between Beals and her co-star.
	Revengers Tragedy (2002)
Incredibly quirky, and Thomas Middleton wrote some great lines. Plus, Eccleston is one of the finest actors out there.
	The Missing (2003)
Tommy Lee Jones has long been a favorite of mine, but The Missing is simply a very good western. And considering how many westerns are made these days (not many), it's lucky this was made at all.
	Quills (2000)
Geoffrey Rush demonstrating just how de Sade could seem so attractive to women despite his incredibly misogynistic ways.
	The Libertine (2004)

	Sin City (2005)
It's got lovely visuals, and plenty of eye candy in the actors and actresses. Best senselessly violent movie out there!
	Domino (2005)
This was funny and sexy. It's not deep, but it is very watchable. Plus, it had a bit of style to it.
	Prey for Rock and Roll (2003)
Gina Gershon in a nice little flick. Just something charming about it.
	Foxfire (1996)
Angelina Jolie would be enough, but this is a nice little mid-90s cultural flick. Teen rebellion rocks.
	SLC Punk! (1999)
Matthew Lillard and anarchy. Strange and amusing film. (Punks are so sexy, doncha think?)
	Hackers (1995)
Another mid-90s flick capturing a "scene" w/ Jolie. This time, it also has Matthew Lillard.
	Party Girl (1995)
Parker Posey yet again, and another mid-90s flick that captures a certain "scene." It's funny, sweet and has the usual quirkiness you'd expect from Posey.
	Robin Williams - Live On Broadway (2002)			Not Rated
Wonderful stand-up by the great Williams. And fie on you if you disagree!
	Eddie Izzard: Definite Article (2004)			Not Rated
One of Izzard's best routines, but most people seem unaware of it.
	Eddie Izzard: Dress to Kill (1999)
His other best routine, and his most well-known.
	Doctor Who: Season 1 (Disc 1 of 4) (2005)
Quirky, hilarious....Christopher Eccleston. If you actually miss this because you think it'll be an out-dated, boring tv series, think again. The BBC does not produce trash. I think.
	Battlestar Galactica: The Miniseries (2003)			Not Rated
The best science-fiction series out today, and a total deviation from the original. Political intrigue, many plots and subplots, fleshed-out characters, simple but effective special effects...I could go on. The series really gets going at the end of season 2, however.

The start of a great paranormal series with enough twists to keep you watching.
	Tank Girl (1995)
Freaky futuristic movie more about the strange punk-esque styles and outlandish humor than any moral tones.
	Head-On (2004)
Turkish romantic tale of woe. What happens when self-destructive behavior, love and a marriage of convienence get tangled together. Wonderful story, really.
