4 discs, 26 eps :: This is my number 1 comfort anime. No matter how bad things get, a few episodes of this works every time. Heart warming and sweet, fun without being silly.
	The Cat Returns (2002)
Movie :: A fanciful, fun story that is great for the whole family, this movie is sure to draw you in and leave you smiling.
	Kodocha vol. 1: School Girl Super Star (2005)			Not Rated
TBD discs, 102 eps :: This series is just plain fun. Its full of wacky hijicks, but the plots often deal with more serious issues. The right mix of tender moments and off the wall silliness. It works, trust me. (Dub preferred)
	Kamichu! vol. 1: Little Deity (2005)
4 discs, 16 eps :: This show is just plain sweet. Plots and situations may be a bit bizzare, but it is all taken in stride. Its laid back and takes it time, but like a breath of fresh air, leaves you smiling.
	Porco Rosso (1992)
Movie :: Porco Rosso is a lighthearted adventure. With action, comedy, and lovable characters it has a lot of charm.
	Kiki's Delivery Service (Special Edition) (1989)
Movie :: Kiki tells the story of a girl who is on her own for the first time. Making friends, discovering herself, and saving the day... this endearing tale is sure to brighten your day.
	My Neighbor Totoro (1988)
Movie : Simply put, this movie is adorable. There is no real plot to speak of... its just a cute story of two young girls who move to a new house and have some wonderful adventures with some unlikely new friends.
	Spirited Away (2001)
Movie :: There is good reason this movie won an oscar. It is an amazing work of story telling that draws you into a fantastic world. When it ends its like waking up from a dream.
	Howl's Moving Castle (2004)
Movie :: Beautiful landscapes, endearing characters, magic, adventure, love... this movie has it all. There is an undeniable charm to this film, that keeps me coming back again and again.
	FLCL (Fooly Cooly) Vol. 1 (2000)			Not Rated
3 discs, 6 eps :: Bizarre, a bit silly, and somehow very heart warming. Its rare to become so attached to characters in only 6 episodes. Underneath the humor, bizarre adventures, and slapstick there lies a beautiful tale of growing up.
	His and Her Circumstances Vol. 1: Appearance of a Normal Life (1998)
5 discs, 26 eps: It may be bit melodramatic, but this endearing love story will leave you with a serene smile.
	Doki Doki School Hours: 1st Hour (2005)			Not Rated
5 discs, 20 eps :: The story is entirely charactor driven... that is there is no actual plot, just gags and situations based on character traits. Admittedly, there is nothing ground breaking here, but its cute, fun, and laid back.
	Super GALS! Vol. 1: Gals Gotta Have Heart (2003)			Not Rated
6 discs, 26 eps :: Maybe not as "warm and fuzzy" as many of the others listed here, but this series definately falls into the "chear up" catagory. Its silly and fun, and friendship always wins. You may be shaking your head as you watch, but you will be smiling.
	Kaleido Star Vol. 1: Welcome to the Kaleido Stage (2004)			Not Rated
6 discs, 26 eps (season 1) : Admittedly, Kaleido Star can be a bit hit or miss at times. But the indomitable, upbeat spirt of the main character and the comradery of her friends, makes for a fun series (albiet somewhat of a guily pleasure).
