  This documentary is all over the place. Ostensibly about guns, so many connections spin out that it becomes more about fear and a strange lack of empathy in America.

  Both of these documentaries are fascinating. The White Darkness starts as an examination of voodoo and ends up including the US invasion of Haiti. Voice of the Moon is a compelling travel video shot in Afghanistan just before the Taliban took over.
