Really disappointed

I had great expectations from this movie but it really disappointed me and although it is only 90 minutes long, it looked like an eternity to me. At first I thought, OK may be I missed something here, so I watched it a second time the day after my first viewing, but I have to admit that my opinion got worse. The characters are flat, it is not scary and the ending does not make sense. I can understand why some people may enjoy it if this is their first Asian horror experience, but may be they wouldn't have left positve reviews if they had first seen THE HYPNOTIST, or may be RINGU, or even THE EYE.
Really good and spooky!!!

If you thought the movie Ringu was scary, wait to see this one. The story is really well written and well built and the special effects really realistic, may be too realistic sometimes as some scenes are quite shocking and unexpected. I liked this movie so much that I decided to buy it on DVD for my personal Japanese horror collection. A must see!
Don't miss it

This Jules Verne's adaptation is one of the best I have seen so far and really follows the book. This film gives you a message about life that you will not forget, and the special effects are really realistic considering this movie is 50 years old. A must see.
