Finally a highlander sequel that doesn't suck. Not quite as good as the original, but a good successor. Good story and good action. A good job of combining Duncan and Conner Macleod's stories together and filling in the gaps between the original film and the TV series.

I waited years to see this movie only to be very disappointed. It's not very scary at all except for the scene where the girl leaps out of the TV. I give it a 3 for that. The rest of the movie drags. Many parts of the story make no sense whatever. Why does the horse on the ferry freak out? No reason. What does it have to do with the story? Nothing. Why does the mentally disturbed dead girl seek revenge on everyone through a VHS tape? Who knows? Who cares?

Sure it's not realistic. And the plot is silly. But, it's full of action and has a great soundtrack. Don't try to analyze or make sense of this film. Just enjoy it for the high speed, shoot 'em up, action film that it is.

Unfortunately, I can't rate this film as a zero so I'm giving it a one. Possibly the worst film ever made. Fast forwarded through most of it. Couldn't watch it all. Worse than showgirls, worse than Eraserhead, worse than Plan 9 From Outer Space. At least Plan 9 was entertaining compared to this.

Not a very original story. The vampire who has lost the love of his life finds a woman who resembles his lost love. This storyline has been overdone in so many films. Jennifer Tilly appears(uncredited, but her bio is in the extras)in a random scene that makes no sense whatsoever.A film for Alyssa Milano fans. There are several nude and lesbian scenes with Alyssa.

Another movie with a good cast that tries too hard to be funny. The Pirates of The Carribean rap video is the best part. Too much flash and not enough funny.

Aside from a handful of good jokes, the Scary Movie series is running out of ideas. No comparison to Scary Movie 3 which is the best of the series I think. Some of the scenes try too hard to be funny and go on so long that they aren't funny any more. The Doctor Phil and Shaquille O'Neil scene is pretty good. Carmen Electra has a funny bit as the blind girl in the church thinking that she's in the bathroom.

of Blade: The Series - The Complete Series (Disc 1 of 4) (2008)

You usually don't see a series produced to match the original film so carefully. Kurt "Sticky" Jones does a great job filling the spot where Wesley Snipes left off. The camera work, sets, acting, effects, etc. are all worthy of the original films. It's too bad that the series didn't last past it's original run. I wouldn't be surprised if this will become a cult classic like the Firefly series.

The book version is just too complex to be made into a film of this length. Too much story to squeeze into 101 minutes. There is so much of the book that is missing in the film as usually happens. The film only touches on one of several stories that interconnect in the book. The film moves along quickly and tries to use bits and pieces of the other stories, but if you haven't read the book, it's a little confusing.

Worse than Dracula 2000.This is nothing more an an Alien ripoff with vampires.
The Dracula is boring. Coolio plays the crew member who is always stoned. Imagine that. We find out late in the film that Erica Eleniak is really an android planted among the crew by their supervisors. That's original. Count Dracula is really an alien from the planet Transylvania. Give me a break. And what's the deal with Udo Kier? Does he have to make an appearance in every vampire movie? Please, no Dracula 4000.

Great movie,but................a total rip-off of a 1997 film called "Slaves To The Underground" Better acting, but basically the same story, with a few changes and a bigger budget. Both movies are good, but this should be considered a remake and not an original. Give credit where it is due.

Excellent modern day vampire tale. Young vampires trying to fit in, in normal society. Teenage vampires trying to survive and a surprise ending.

A funny, fictional behind the scenes look at the making of a film. Probably closer to the truth than Hollywood would admit.

I'm a fan of Jean Reno so I like just about all of his films. But, as another reveiewer, stated this movie is a little creepy. The opening credits are a little over the top with scenes of one of the murder victims bodies complete with close-ups of his injuries and maggots in the wounds. And throughout the film, the victims ar tortured and killed in horrific ways. The killer seems to go out of his way to kill his victims in elaborate ways for shock value that stray from the plot of the film. Speaking of the plot; a secluded college community with an in-bred, neo-nazi faculty and staff trying to create the perfect race. A bit far fetched. Overall I thought the acting and production were good. A good action thriller despite the storyline.

I first saw this movie about 20 years ago. A good story of science and modern technology gone wrong. Considering that the cast consists of only three people, the story is engaging enough to keep you interested. Good science fiction film. Great location and scenery.

The first movie in this series is much better. This version seems to feature a lot of repetitious fight scenes. Not as much variety as the first movie. The animated short film at the beginning is probably the best feature. The 'Ninja Zombie" feature is the longest and worst.
good action movie

Not exactly an original story, but lots of action and fast paced.Good acting, filmwork and special effects. One thing I wondered about was, if this is such a technologically advanced point in history...........why are they still driving gasoline powered vehicles. They have managed to clone themselves, but not use alternative energy.

The best of the last 3 or 4 Bond films. Daniel Craig does an excellent job filling Bond's shoes. I hope he ends up playing the role of James Bond for a while. Pierce Brosnan was great as James Bond, but the storylines were lacking during his tenure. A great storyline loosely based on the original novel. I'm sure a lot of hardcore fans will nit-pick on some of the details. Such as: if this is the first Bond adventure, why is the most recent M (Judi Dench)in charge? Remember that the original M at the beginning of James Bond's career was a man. Overall a great Bond and/or action film from start to finish.

Good work for am animated film. The animation is excellent. The story is good, but some comic fans may not like the fact that the original Iron Man origin was changed for this film.
