What is DivX?
A downloadable, near-DVD-quality movie. The DivX file is stored on the hard drive of your computer.
How long is the rental agreement for each DivX movie file?
The rental agreement is 10-days long.
How much does it cost to rent a DivX movie?
It varies, but generally the rental fee is $4.99-per-movie.
How many times can I watch my rented DivX movie?
You can watch your DivX movie as many times as you want during the 10-day rental period. (Adult films have a 30-day rental period.)
What happens when my rental period expires?
The downloaded file becomes inactive. If you want to remove it from your hard drive, simply delete the file.
Is it safe to submit my Credit Card information?
Yes, the registration process is secure. All submitted information is encrypted for privacy while in-transit.
What will my Credit Card statement show?

What do I need to have in order to download and play a DivX movie?
You will need the following things in order to play one of our DivX movies:
Unfortunately PC ONLY - Our movies require a special DivX player that is currently only available for Windows. Pentium II-equivalent processor and a speed of at least 450 MHz (500+ MHz recommended).
64 megabytes of RAM (128 recommended).
Video card with 8MB of video memory (16MB or better is suggested).
Windows 2000 or later (with DirectX 7 or 8 installed).
Monitor resolution of at least 800x600.
A broadband Internet connection - running at least 512 kbps (i.e. DSL, Cable or T1).
Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator 4.0.x.
