This is the 2nd time I've caught the show. The first time was in the cinema, and now on DVD, after I've read the book. Basically, I feel more character development could be done. Clooney as the Captain is pretty convincing, but I feel the crew also deserves to be treated the same way.
All in all, quite an entertaining film, but for people who've caught it before, once is enough. |

This film, adpated from the even more harrowing tale by Sebastian Junger, no stranger to adventure himself, stars a whole host of good-looking laddies who've been cast upon the sea.
Clooney, Wahlberg and co grit it out as deep sea fisherman, while the gals stay at home drinking, worrying and gazing out to sea.
