Don Antonio Paradiso (Robert Costanzo) is a pious man, a loving husband, a devoted father...and the head of an infamous mob family that "owns" the city of Philadelphia. His son Frank (Sal Mazzotta) is the heir apparent to this empire, but internal dissent and a brutal assassination attempt on Don Antonio wreak havoc on Frank's status within the family and threaten the lives of his wife and child. Together with the help of Vito Lupo (Leo Rossi), trusted Number Two man in the Paradiso organization, Frank tries to discover who is responsible for the attack on his father. But as he gets closer, he not only becomes a target himself, he discovers betrayal where he least expects it!
