To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the founding of Thrill Jockey Records, one of America's best respected independent record labels, filmmaker Braden King was asked to make a film for the label. Rather than make a movie about Thrill Jockey or its artists, King instead asked over a hundred different musicians, writers, artists, and fans to discuss something that was a vital inspiration to them. The result is Looking For a Thrill: An Anthology of Inspiration, in which King shares the funny, fascinating, and sometimes moving answers he received to his questions.
