Synopsis
Franny (Tracey Hayes) and her brother, Zoe (Rusty Nails), wake up ready to go on a high school trip, but soon find themselves mutated into horrible and strange creatures. The two develop bizarre feeding habits, going in and out of consciousness, while trying to figure out what's happened to them and other area teens. As the siblings begin their journey, General Minneburg (James Darley) sends Majors Diver (Timothy Hutchings) and Catastrophy (Mary Luckritz) to track down the adolescents and have them "taken care of." Will they find answers? A cure? Or their demise? Acne will have you riveted until its powerful and haunting finale!

Very low budget. Not very entertaining. I guess would guess this is a student project from some film school.

But it doesn't try to be anything other a 'Grindhouse' style B (or C) Movie. And the plot is anything but cookie-cutter.
