Synopsis
First, the grisly murder of a fratello gets Section One involved, with an investigator sent in to get to the bottom of the "cyborg problem." As the Agency scrambles to protect their girls, Henrietta and Giuse find themselves on an impromptu vacation, having been sent away "for their own safety. " What are they hiding? And what does Henrietta know about the deadly truth? Then the Agency uncovers a plot which could be used to wipe out the terrorists' stronghold once and for all. Things go terribly wrong, and in an all-or-nothing attack the girls find their lives on the line. Could this be the end of the girls and the Agency? Could their lives be over before they've really begun?

if you've loved the title so far, this DVD does *not* disappoint.

for anyone who loves the whole Cyborg Soap Opera genre that Blade Runner started all those years ago, this is among the best of the best.

it's refreshing to see an anime where young girls actually seem like real human beings, instead of merely creepy fan service.

The fact that the characters are so "human" is itself ironic, since one of the issues is whether or not their combat oriented modifications and brainwashing have caused them to lose their humanity.

for anyone who has questioned what it is to be a soldier, this anime is like a zen rock garden to gaze upon for countless hours of meditation.
