The episodes have been put on the discs in the same confusing order they were aired, rather than by their production date. So if you're renting these discs one at a time, a lot of things aren't going to make any sense.
The correct episode order is as follows:
1 (disc 1), 2 (disc 1), 3 (disc 1), 4 (disc 1), 19 (disc 3), 5 (disc 1), 6 (disc 1), 7 (disc 1), 14 (disc 2), 13 (disc 2), 8 (disc 2), 20 (disc 3), 9 (disc 2), 10 (disc 2), 11 (disc 2), 12 (disc 2), 15 (disc 2), 21 (disc 3), 22 (disc 3), 16 (disc 3), 17 (disc 3), 18 (disc 3)
