The twin scientists, Arron and Gurran, arrive on Quent with a small army. Their mission: to secure the secrets of Quent's advanced technology for the Secret Society. As the galaxy teeters on the brink of war, Chirico and Shako journey deep into the ancient machinery hidden beneath Quent's surface. There, an ancient intelligence waits for Chirico to finally make contact. As Chirico dodges the machinations of Albert Killy and the Secret Society, Rochina must deal with a Gilgamesh spacefleet that is also headed for Quent. Chirico has no intention of losing Fyana ever again...but even he is unprepared for the firestorm that is about to awaken!
