Synopsis
In this action drama (which bears little resemblance to the classic Robert Louis Stevenson story of the same name), Henry Jekyll (Adam Baldwin) is a doctor visiting Hong Kong with his new bride when he finds himself caught in the midst of a battle between two rival gangs. Jekyll and his wife are both killed, but the doctor is brought back to life by Dr. Chau (Chang Tseng), a Chinese healer who informs the doctor that the fates have led him to Hong Kong so that he may assume the identity of a famous fighter, the White Tiger. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde also features Jason Chong, Anthony Wong), and Karen Cliche. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide

Totally worth it for a scene of Jayne (I mean, Adam Baldwin) trying to poke a hole through a soda can with his index finger, while training to be a Chinese medicine man/martial artist/attack cat. Bonus: he strips down for a shower scene. You can see his (muscular) ass right before the cut.

Baldwin can't hide his physically threatening sexuality, especially in a role as a doctor (who dreams of a career in plastic surgery, yet asks no questions of the medicine man who miraculously heals his full-body burns) instead of the heavy. When he tries to kiss his new wife, the actress visibly cringes. In one scene she actually turns her head away from him, and he ends up kissing the side of her nose. Aw.

The only thing this movie has in common with the original Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde are the names themselves, by the way. Some nice scenes of Hong Kong, though.
