This bracing Norwegian film from director Erik Poppe takes place on a scorching hot day in Olso, and follows an eclectic cast of floundering characters that includes a young couple desperate to pay for their baby's lifesaving surgery, a lovelorn mental patient and his convict brother, a suicidal washed-up singer, and a possibly insane guardian angel.
