This film is lite on plot. It's an hour and a half of Peter Sellers getting into trouble, but there's a certain charm. This style of comedy is so refreshing compared to the shock humor of today.

From what I've read, the film was improvised based off a 40 page outline. That explains why the ending, an arbitrary erruption of chaos, feels so forced; It must have been the outline kicking in.

Still, there are classic moments, including the bathroom scene I'd heard so much about.
