Continuing with the same type of material explored in the first three volumes, Faces of Death IV features even more gruesome scenes of death and carnage designed to leave audiences wonder if what they've just witnessed is real or staged. Among the images included in the disturbing clips are an attack by a vicious man-eating tiger, a body being cremated, a man being drawn and quartered by horses, an electrocution, and footage from a Columbian wedding that ended in a bloodbath.
