| This film disappointed me on many levels. Whenever there was an opportunity for a little suspense, the script let me down. Hepburn doesn't do well at playing the drunk. Stewart isn't likeable after treating his female colleague with contempt. The relationship between Hepburn and Grant is not developed (somehow she seems to move from loathing to true love in a matter of minutes.) Hepburn's character supposedly evolves from being an ice queen to a warm, all-American woman in LOVE (read that with the "O" drawn out: LOOOOOOOVE), but I was left cold. |

| What a pompous, boring bunch of malarchy! Story was predictable, and dialogue was was too quick witted to be natural. Characters were all too vapid to care about them at all. Some realism please! |
