I really like Jan Svankmajer's work and a few of these surreal shorts were really good but overall not that great. It is cool to see the where the inspiration for Faust and his other films came from but this was a little overkill. The music really got on my nerves and it was better to turn it off and play something else. The church with the bones was interesting but I felt dizzy trying to watch it.
