| There is very little not to like in this film. It is full of nice people in a beautiful setting, with pleasant music. It has an easy humor, mild sexuality, a great cast, and an interesting story suited for a sunny isle. Irene Pappas (from the movie "Z") does a wonderful job as the cantankerous Greek patriot, looking as beautiful as ever. Jaqueline Bissset fans will not be disappointed as she is her scrumptious and delightful self in the central role. The star of the film is the Greek island in high season. Next to a trip there, this film is a quick and easy film holiday filled from beginning to end with beautiful on-location cinematography. |
