| The acting is very well done in this German serial killer movie with elements drawn from Silence of the Lambs. As the killer tries to unravel a small-town cop's life, he weaves suspicion into both the characters and the audience. A few of the child rape discussion scenes might creep you out, but it is definitely worth checking out. My singular complaint would be that the ending takes a bit of a fairy tale nosedive into the unbelievable, but it didn't ruin it. |
