Tail Sting is a low-budget thriller released straight to video from York Entertainment. Pilot Jack Russell (Robert Merrill) is flying a plane across the ocean. Dr. Jennifer Ryan (Laura Putney) is a passenger on the plane in the process of transporting a cargo of genetically modified scorpions for research purposes. | They accidentally mispelled the title of this movie with a "G" instead of a "K" because this B-Grade film not only stings but it STINKS!!! From a simpleton script, atrocious dialogue and ridiculously awful acting, "TS" is simply one of the worst I've sat through in a long time. The word continuity obviously has no meaning to the "Tail Stink" film makers because shot after shot fails to match it's reversal. The extremely fake looking scorpion critters constantly change scale from shot to shot besides looking plasticy and rubbery as all get out. The airplane set fails to get off the ground as does the movie. GreenCine list the running time of this movie as 0 minutes which I only wish were true so I wouldn't have waste 90 minutes watching it! |
