Like that sultry start to a hot night with that special someone but ends in shame, Great Dangaio has a great start in the first three volumes...but is sooo anticlimactic. This starts out at a level above the typical mecha anime right on through the end of vol 3. But the last episode of volume 4 is just so lame that it affected any decent rating I could give for the whole series. Its sort of like, they had this production staff for the series and then for the last freakin episode they replace the entire staff with people who have no idea what the story is or what direction its supposed to go but just willy nilly start from somewhere--and fail miserably. 2 stars out of 10. Avoid this one.
