| Watching Will Smith hunting deer through the eerily empty streets of New York in an SUV was great. Unfortuantly, the rest of the movie did not measure up. There are a few plot holes that are over-lookable, but I got the feeling that a very important 1/3 of the story was on the editing floor, as there were several enigmatic moments that were never used or explained. The end sequence was not only predictable, but empty of meaning. All in all, not a bad movie, except I was left hanging, by all the little moments never explored and a cookie-cutter end. |
