The documentary When Boys Fly follows four men who are a part of the party circuit as they partake in the 2000 Miami White Party. Tone Desario, 21, suffers with drug and alcohol dependency. Todd Nash, 35, who has come to the Miami event with his 19-year-old boyfriend, Jon, has been a part of the party scene for over a decade. | I was pleasantly surprised at how great this film is. It's very entertaining but also educational and heartbreaking. I admire the bravery of the interviewed subjects and producers for daring to give the circuit party lifestyle a voice. A great film that gay men (young and old) can learn from. |
