Yah...this was really weird. The animation was'nt the best but I don't think it claimed to be and thats fine with me. If you really like the technical aspect of Patlabor then you should definetly check it out. It goes into so much detail about the guns used. At first I was confused, then I started getting into it, then I just ended up really confused again. If you just want to see this as a fluke...don't, you'll shoot your t.v.! You need to be a huge fan of the technical side of Anime and Patlabor to enjoy.
