High on clips, low on substance by jamkat79 September 18, 2003 - 1:55 PM PDT

Ned Beatty's hosting gives some credibility to this collection of film clips that wants to become a documentary. No profound ideas here, no insightful analysis, but you will find a decent introduction to a world most of us are too young to have experienced, and a reminder that the 50's were not as square as we've been led to believe.
