From middle-class Welsh boy and Oxford scholar to living the high life as one of Britain's biggest marijuana smugglers, Howard Marks (aka Mr. Nice) has led an existence of rollicking, improbable adventures recounted in this sexy and stylish biopic from director Bernard Rose (Immortal Beloved).
