| This is a good Bollywood film with several scenes, dialogues and plot points taken directly from Julia Roberts' "Pretty Woman" woven in, making it fresh and fantastic. The relationship between a run-of-the-mill Bollywood newlywed couple and the "hooker with a hear of gold" is endearing and entertaining. The story is sensitive to delicate issues, there are no bad guys and everyone is a shining example a good person at heart. While this movie could have easily slipped into unbearable sappiness, the humor and spark of Preity keep it alive and in the real world. |
