| It's been 40 years and this event fully deserves to be revisited. Besides being an extremely valuable document, it's more illustration of the simple genius of the Maysle brothers as innovators in the direct, unobtrusive approach to filmmaking. The "extra" of Albert's commentary is almost as good as the final edit, be sure to watch it... As the Beatle performances now seem dated, it is important to note that it's not at all the most essential aspect of this film. |
