On the wild and free Spanish island of Ibiza, three childhood friends cope with the struggles of young adulthood. Carlos (Paco Marin) wishes to live without any taboos or limitations. Chica (Adriana Dominguez) feels limited by the options in her life and wants to find a purpose for herself. Nacho (Adria Collado) has just returned from India, and wants to incorporate his newfound spirituality into his everyday life. Though these three people are very different, they are bound together by the freedom that the island once symbolized for them. Igor Fioravanti's erotic film features music by acclaimed Cafe del Mar DJ Jose Padilla.

Don't be fooled by the "racy and erotic" classfication - this is no softcore porn flick. Rather, it's a haunting, dreamlike, emotional tale of friendship, love, and life in transition set on the Spanish resort island of Ibiza.
Nacho (Adria Collado), Chica (Adriana Dominguez), and Carlos (Paco Marin) have been inseparable best friends since they were children - soulmates, as Carlos calls them. They are as close as human beings can get without having sex. But now, as the trio approaches their 30s, they find their friendship and lives in a state of transistion.
After returning from a trip to India, Nacho is eager to explore his newfound spirituality and wants to start a meditation center / New Age business. Chica, a hospital nurse, is unhappy and yearns to find meaning in her life. Restless, bisexual Carlos is determined to have a good time and live his life on his own terms - even after he learns that he's HIV-positive.
The three friends try to help each other while satisfying their individual needs, drifting apart and reuniting until tragedy separates them forever.
Whatever Happened To The Teenage Dream?, the 1970's rock classic by T-Rex, is featured prominently on the soundtrack and makes the story even more poignant.
Ibiza Dream is a wonderful tearjerker that will move even the hardest of hearts. See it with a friend - or two.
