A pair of desperate criminals attempt to make their way through the countryside in this bleak thriller scripted by Full Monty scribe Simon Beaufoy. Though ex-soldier Heaton (Kenneth Glenaan) seems fairly quick on his feet, that same certainly can't be said for his dimwitted sidekick, Spike (Michael Colgan), who accidentally shoots a farmer's daughter after the duo runs out of gas while driving through the rural landscape.
