Synopsis
The film depicts a pair of young lovers who forget their troubles and unpleasantness on a beautiful Sunday. Imbued with vivd atmosphere, it is the first Japanese film that directly reflects the youngsters' attitude toward sex. The episode in which the lead woos his lover fascinates many young audiences. Moreover, the scene in which they sit among the ruins and imagine running a restaurant elates viewers.
