The studio releasing Pasolini's films, Water Bearer Films, does not remaster the film so the scratched print is what you get nor do they make the subtitles easier to see on a washed out print. I can't understand Italian so the purpose is to read subtitles, but I cannot even stand it when I try to adjust the brightness, it doesn't look better, and the whole thing is completely unviewable.
