I found this to be an okay documentary.
The thing that made me not like it is because they had two characteres that "meet up" and "travel" to different locations. I dont think that was necessary at all. The next thing is they added "fake" sound effects as martial arts master showed off. This repetitiveness got annoying which made it more unpleasant to watch. I would recommend this if only you are really really bored.
