| This is absolutely not a porno. The intercourse is simulated: I don't know what these people are talking about. However, it is more explicit and intense than the usual run of insipid soft-core/erotic filmmaking. (There is an anatomically explicit shot of a woman urinating, for example.) There are scenes of real oral sex, but back in the 70s this was considered soft-core if the scenes were not brought to fruition. |

I never heard of Metzger or seen any of his work. This was one of those random movie rentals that I didn't even think about. I was expecting to see the soft erotic films that you would see on Showtime or HBO late at night.
I didn't even realise the movie's age. When I first started watching the film I was set back by the 70's style cinematography - which until this film I dispised. However, within about 10 minutes, the plot got my attention. This movie isn't about some average guy falling in love with a girl and getting into S&M. Its about a wealthy well to do young man who goes to a party and sees this beautiful girl and has to have her. The girl is shy and won't say a word to him - her older female friend does all the talking and orders her around. He happens to be good friends older female and uses her to get to the young girl. Throughout the whole movie the feelings the girl has for the man is very confusing, and its unclear why the older female friend is so eager to help the young man.
In the movie the young girl acts almost like a puppy beaten into submission, doing anything her older female friend asks of her, without question. And with the concent of the older female, the young male also gets to have some control of her.
The eroticism in this movie is intense! I expected a few ass shots and some showing of breasts, but this is truely an adult x rated film. This is my all time favorite porno. The only thing I didn't care for was the way the young man laughs - he has this evil devil laugh which is kinda creepy & funny at the same time. |

| There are quite a few Metzger movies that, while they are good movies, are only just a wee bit naughty and have pretty tame sex scenes. This is honestly a porno, shot on beautiful film stock. |
