| I agree with flapjack on this one. A meaningless opening scene with Bruce Campbell and Tiffany Amber Theissen doesn't go anywhere. They use the bar from the first movie in one brief scene. Didn't that place burn down in the first movie? There are some intersteing camera angles, but the movie isn't worth watching just for that. |

First, the description of the movie is misleading -- only 1 of the 5 criminals ends up at the Titty Twister, and only for a few moments. Most of the action takes place in a cheap motel and the bank.
Second, if you are thinking of renting this to see Bruce Campbell, don't bother -- he appears in less than 5 pointless minutes of the movie. Even he can't redeem this piece of crap.
Third, the only reason to watch this movie is for the interesting camera angles mentioned by the other reviewer. If that doesn't intrigue you, then skip this one. It doesn't hold a candle to the first movie. |

| The thing that caught my attention most with "Texas Blood Money" is there are some really interesting, unique camera angels. There are shots from the point of view of a rotating fan, inside lead pipes, under hats, inside the skull of a frying vampire and from inside the mouth of a vampire as it sucks it's prey!!! There's even a shot from inside the neck of a vampire as its head is decapitaded and the flesh slices open!!! Now that's creativity! Other than that, genre staples Patrick, Cruz, Trejo and "where are they now?" Bo Hopkins plus an appearence by the always welcomed Bruce Campbell and 90210-er Thiessen can't saved this movie from direct-to-video hell! Even KNB usually ground-breaking special FX looks pretty cheesy hear though a few of the vampire "melting" FX are decent. |
