The first in a three-part series of documentaries that explore the links between the Third Reich and its leaders and belief in occult powers and practices, this program examines the history of the swastika. this is a run of the mill doc on hitler & himmler. they don't really reveal anything new or interesting as you might be lead to believe by the title

this dvd contains parts 1 and 2 of the 4 part series - you get the impression watching this series that they didn't expect you to watch more than 1 - a good half of the 2nd part rehashes stuff they already covered in part 1 - then when you get to the 2nd dvd, they do it again, and again - so you have to sit through a bunch of detailed recaps, but i still enjoyed it for all the wack footage and more detailed explanation of the background behind the whole movement

this dvd has parts 3 and 4 of the 4 part series - i think about 1/2 of each one just rehashes stuff they already said in part 1 and rehashed before in part 2 - aside from that, interesting stuff
