Roddy Piper stars in this crime thriller as Nick Ford, a Seattle cop whose partner is killed in a shoot-out in Chinatown. Nick is determined to capture the killer, known to the police only as Tiger. However, when Wu Yin (Han Soo Ong), an investigator from the People's Republic of China arrives in town to assist in drug enforcement efforts, Nick knows he's seen him before -- at the shootout where his partner was killed.
