| The only redeeming feature of this film is Johnny Depp. And just because he's nice to look at. Avoid this film at all costs! |

| Wasnt that bad of a film that the reviewers are giving. Kind of amusing...especially the tall Missippi guy who says "you stole my story". I saw it as a comedy thriller. |

| SECRET WINDOW stinks. Yeah, it has Johnny Depp, but even he doesn't help. It's the kind of "thriller" with few thrills and a plot whose every twist you'll see coming a mile away. I stopped watching about ten minutes before the end, just as a way of saying "screw you" to the whole thing. Not that the moviemakers heard me, of course. That must be why I'm writing this review.... |

Sorry but I can't in good conscience let anyone watch this movie without letting them know just how bad this movie was. I really like Depp, I do but there is nothing he could have done here, the script was that bad.
It starts off well enough and manages to be suspenseful for the most part and its interesting, however about 2/3 of the way through the movie it gets really bad, I mean so bad that you wonder why Johnny Depp even agreed to be in this movie. As for the ending well it ranks as one of the worst Ive ever seen.
This movie makes Dreamcatcher seem well written in comparison. So my advice is to avoid this movie unless you are the biggest Johnny Depp fan on earth. |
