A grocery store becomes a landscape for intergalactic battle in this grisly sci-fi thriller. As the Hastings Market closes down for the night, its lingering shoppers become hostages for a crack military unit that takes control of the store. | Light on special effects (and good lighting) but overall a pretty fun story. On par or slightly better than a Sch-Fi channel movie. The history that leads to the events in this movie is continuously hinted at rather than laboriously explained, which is a good thing. Decent acting and good pacing. Good for a Saturday night double feature on the couch. |
