| I love this movie. Catherine Deneuve is absolutely magnificent. She fascinates. The mood and the music is haunting much like her character. It's a story that is out of the past. Jacques Dutronc was the dangerous love responsible for where she is today. You can see with his presence how she was voluntarily manipulated. It spins around Place Vendome, Hotel Ritz and the dangers behind the diamond trade. Jean-Pierre Bacri's character also damaged is excellent. Emmanuelle Seigner's character also voluntarily manipulated. |
