Follows Greek mythology as accurately as my limited knowledge permits me to check. The clothing, walls, and artifacts are a mix of ancient Greek, Egyptian, and Persian styles.
[Are Perseus and Persia related names?]
While the mortals and the monsters are convincing, I had the impression that the deities were phoning in their performances. They said the right words, but didn't seem convincing. I expected better from Sir Laurence Olivier. |
