Very visually beautiful

The first and third segment ave very japanese and subtitled clearly.
The middle segment seems to be set in late 19th century Europe (Germany, Italy?) with occasional references to Japanese culture. Also, it has no English subtitles that my top-of-the-line player could display, so I can't tell what's going on.
